Toggle Transparency Channel On (For GIF's, PNG's and etc.)
If you want your image to support transparency channel you have to mark the option "Colors -> Toggle Transparency Channel On" menu – do this if you wish to save an image in a file format that support transparency like GIF, PNG and etc.
