The software works only once
Once the software gets installed and runs on the first time it saves some info into the registry. It may be that a security pack or registry clean software you have deletes PPP settings from the registry and cause this problem. Please make sure to enable PPP on all your security packs. Also if you have some registry cleaning app make sure it does not delete PPP info from the registry.
